Cleo Miller is Chief of Staff at 8090 Industries, where she helps drive strategy, execution, and people management across the firm. Before 8090, she was Chief of Staff at ICONIQ Capital and Coatue Management, where she led strategic initiatives and developed high-performing teams across public and private markets.
Earlier in her career, Cleo gained significant experience working with family offices. Cleo built a strong foundation in operations, manufacturing, and supply chain logistics as Head of Operations at a fast-growing luxury retail startup and as a senior manager at McMaster-Carr, where she oversaw an industrial supply operation built to rapidly and reliably deliver a catalogue of hundreds of thousands of unique products. She holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
