Haluk Sabancı Dinçer is a Partner and Head of International at 8090 Industries, where he focuses on post-investment strategic partnerships and portfolio growth across energy, defense, AI, and infrastructure. By expanding 8090’s reach beyond the US to include strategic families, corporates, and government contacts, Haluk helps our management teams navigate new markets and export critical technologies to US allies.
In addition to his work at 8090, Haluk serves as Special Advisor to the corporate venture arm of Sabancı Holding, the family-controlled conglomerate that owns controlling stakes in strategic assets across energy, advanced materials, digital services, and infrastructure.
Prior to his current roles, Haluk was a technology investor at General Atlantic and a consultant at BCG. He earned a degree in economics from Harvard University and serves as a venture mentor at Harvard Business School.
